Better Base Solutions did an outstanding job of replacing the rotted subfloor in our home. We have a pier and beam foundation and had noticed significant sagging and soft spots in our kitchen and living room. Curtis did an initial inspection and provided a repair bid promptly. His diagnosis and scope of work closely matched an engineer’s assessment of our problem. When the crew arrived, Curtis, Nate, Dalton and another young man worked diligently to remove all the damaged insulation from under our house. Once inside, they ripped out two layers of old flooring and the rotted subfloor. I was extremely impressed at the care they took to remove and reinstall a very large built in bookcase. It took a great deal of effort and maneuvering to move the bookcase without damaging it. The team was always respectful and professional, willing to help with anything we needed to get the job done. I would use Better Base Solutions again if the need arose and highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

Better Base Solutions repairs cracked and uneven concrete patios in Junction and across the Texas Hill Country.
Expert Patio Repair in Junction, TX
Concrete patio repair in Junction means working with surfaces that take a beating from the Hill Country's heat, hard rains, and occasional freeze events. When temperatures swing fast, moisture works into small cracks, expands, and widens them. Dry spells pull moisture from the soil beneath your slab, creating voids that let the concrete shift and settle. The result is cracking, uneven panels, surface spalling, and water that pools where it should not. Better Base Solutions looks at what is actually causing the problem before any repair work begins. We walk you through what we find, explain what needs to be fixed and why, and we do not recommend work that is not needed. That approach protects your patio and your budget. We serve homeowners in Junction, Kerrville, Mason, Fredericksburg, Llano, Burnet, and across the surrounding Hill Country. If your patio has cracks, settled sections, or surface damage, contact us to get a clear picture of your options.
